1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing or transacting on goatourntravel.in you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Our role
We are an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators). Once you book, your contract for that service is with the supplier, governed by their fare rules and policies which we surface at checkout.
3. Pricing & payments
Prices are quoted in INR unless stated. Final amount including taxes and fees is shown before payment. Currency conversion on international cards is set by your bank and may differ from our displayed rate.
4. Bookings
You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller information. Misspelled names, wrong passport numbers, or expired documents are not refundable by suppliers. Review carefully before confirming.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules vary by supplier and are shown before payment. Refunds follow the timelines in our Refund Policy. Our service fees may be non-refundable.
6. Travel documents
Passports, visas, health certificates and other required documents are your responsibility. We provide information but cannot be held liable if you’re denied boarding or entry.
7. User conduct
No scraping, no bots without written permission, no abusive behaviour toward staff or suppliers, no fraudulent transactions. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the booking value of the affected transaction.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ponda, Goa.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance.
