Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here’s exactly what each booking type costs to cancel, and when.
The exact cancellation charge for your specific booking is always shown on the review screen before you confirm payment, and again on the Cancel screen. The tables below describe our standard policy — supplier-specific rules (airlines, hotel chains, event organisers) override the defaults when stricter.
Flights
Cancellation fees are set by the airline and shown on the booking review screen.

| More than 24 hours before departure | Airline fee + ₹350 service fee |
| Within 24 hours of departure | Airline fee + ₹500 service fee |
| After departure (no-show) | Non-refundable except statutory taxes |
Refundable taxes are returned even on non-refundable tickets.
Hotels
